What is fashion rewiring ?

It is a proposal from an independent group of designers, executive directors and other professionals from various parts of the world of the fashion industry, who have come together and signed the proposal with the name: #RewiringFashion , which proposes to rethink how the fashion industry fashion could, and should, work.

At Fashion Law Institute Spain (FLIS®) we organize this virtual meeting to talk with different fashion professionals, to find out their opinion and vision of this proposal, which is gaining more followers every day, and above all to estimate in the first instance the most immediate impact if the proposed changes occur.

Part of the proposal includes: making the call of the public attending the parades more selective; change the calendar of the catwalks; change the number of collections, and other series of procedures that have been done in the same way for more than 50 years, and therefore do not correspond to the current needs of the industry.

Our guest panel will be made up of national and international fashion journalists, designers, lawyers, and fashion product professionals, among other profiles of the sector.

We promote this meeting, because we believe that to be competitive we must be up to date with the information of interest in our professional environment and know the different points of view, for this reason we work to promote that competitiveness and excellence from our school, our magazine and the Fashion Law Encounters.
